Advokátska kancelária ELBA provides legal services in a broad range of legal areas. It helps clients overcome obstacles that bar their success.

Our goal is to provide top-level expert legal services in the required time and for a reasonable price, with an emphasis on the effectiveness and practicality of the provided services. We endeavor to provide legal services for our clients in a manner which will maximize their satisfaction.

Our orientation is based on our practice and experience. We focus on commercial law and general private law, especially real estate projects and property. Providing of legal services is realised mainly through the preparation of contracts and other legal documents, consultations on legal issues, proposing of solutions and their implementation.

Our clients are provided with a wide variety of services, including:

• basic consultations, finding the best and most effective solutions for legal issues,
• preparation and evaluation of and commenting on legal documents,
• negotiations and communication with correspondents and counterparties,
• elaboration of analyses to inform clients about legal risks of the analysed legal issue and proposing solutions to ease decisions of clients,
• pleading at judicial and other proceedings, including preparation of motions for relevant authorities,
• elaboration of detailed legal analyses (due diligence reports) to identify legal risks.

Legal services are provided in Slovak and English.
